restore fav in several differents settings

Backup settings for all your browsers using FavBackup

If you’re like me, you may have 5 browsers installed on your system! Currently, I have Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Opera! And in each browser, I have different settings, different bookmarks, different add-ons, etc, etc.

Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a program that could backup all of your browsers and all of their settings at once!?

FavBackup is a nifty little tool that provides a simple solution for backing up and restoring browser settings for several different browsers.

crossloop

CrossLoop – Online computer support for low rates

Ever have a computer problem you couldn’t fix yourself, but didn’t want to get fixed by your local store for hundreds of dollars? Unfortunately, many people end up paying a lot of money to fix technical problems that they could do themselves, only if someone helped them.

I’ve previously written about online screen sharing and remote desktop apps that allows your friends or family members to connect to your computer and help you solve computer problems. While this is great, not everyone knows a computer geek ready to solve all their problems.

That’s where a service like CrossLoop comes in and saves the day. They are the only company (that I know of) that has a free remote screen-sharing app plus a huge community of “helpers” that can assist you in fixing computer problems for a low price.
